If you don't know who or what Worm Jeff is, here's the nutshell version: he's Jeff the Killer from an alternate timeline, only he died trying to escape the mental aslyum. A dying god called the Lord of Storms resurrected him in a new body, and he became an otherworldly, six-inch parasite with super intelligence and the ability to attach to people and slowly transform them into more Jeff the Killers.
