I AM FEAR (redux)

A much, much better redraw of this crappy old picture I did of Rap Rat. The old one looked far too fat and goofy, and didn't really push the "fear" part hard enough. This one actually looks kinda creepy!

Rap Rat's hypno-eyes were my own special little last-minute touch.
