Lookin' Sharp! (RANT ALERT)

I decided to finally draw Worm Jeff with clothes on. Still lacking in the pants department, though.

Anyway, I have something to get out of the way. Most hate toward Worm Jeff so far is either one of three schools of thought:

#1: "I hate Jeff The Killer and anything associated with him!" This is actually kind of understandable, considering how horrible the original Jeff story is and how overused the "canon" Jeff (which I call Origin Jeff for the sake of convenience) is. But I assure you, Worm Jeff is very much unlike his canon self. In fact, he's pretty much Jeff The Killer in name only, and only his name and origin story are the only remaining links to the "canon" timeline. Among other differences, Jane The Killer doesn't even exist in the Worm Jeff continuity (one more reason to like it better! I keed, Jane fans.) It's like Mega Man Battle Network in the sense that there's the same main characters, but from a "split" timeline where everything is different yet it is still enjoyable in its own right. Give Worm Jeff a chance!
(in b4 "Mega Man Battle Network sucked so your point is invalid" smartass comments. I'm just using Mega Man as an EXAMPLE of a franchise with a split timeline where the alternate one is vastly different.)

#2: "You RUINED Jeff! He's too DIFFERENT! CANON RAPE!!1" Like I pointed out above, this is not the case either. The Worm Jeff Saga is a SEPERATE continuity from the "canon" one. I did NOT "ruin" Origin Jeff in any way whatsoever. In fact, there are plenty of Jeff fangirls who like Worm Jeff as much as Origin Jeff. Just think of him as a seperate entity than the stab-happy Joker-faced teenager you know and love and you might just warm up to him.

#3: "He's too silly! He's not scary at all!" Well, I'll give you that; the whole setup with the Drones and the telepathy IS a bit silly-sounding. Plus, he looks absolutely ludicrious. But his funny appearance is just a ruse; he can and will easily rape your mind and slowly turn you mad. He will make you kill your own family and friends. And then, when he has finished transforming you, he will take total control of your body. The idea that people who suddenly "snap" (like school shooters) are infected by him, as well as the prospect that he might have attached to YOU and you won't detect him until it's too late, makes him a scary concept for a pasta monster indeed. Not so silly NOW, is he?
